Well I'm just getting annoyed with my stupid ovaries right now. When the heck am I going to O?! I think my body is more screwed up from the pill than I thought.

Anyways, can you please have a look at my chart and let me know your thoughts? Thanks!

It's hard to say... how long are your cycles normally? Is this your first month charting?
If you have longer cycles or your cycles vary your LP normally stays the same (within 1-3 days variation) So if your cycles are normally long... then you can expect to O about 10-16 or so days before you expect your period.
Does that make sense?

Actually I'm really not sure how long my cycles are because I went on the pill a long tme ago. To help regulate them. And before they were sometimes normal, sometimes long...it really didn't make any senace to me. But that was when I was a teen. So they could be regular now...I don't know. This is my first cycle off the pill. And my first cycle charting

Good question. That day 10 is making me wonder...

I got off the pill and got AF on time 28 days. Good luck to you!!!

I don't think you've Oed yet, but I could be wrong. CD10 looked good, but your temps didn't really go biphasic or stay higher so I don't think it happened then.

Have you tried OPK's? They helped me so much my first few months charting!! I was on the pill for 6 or 7 years so I had no idea how long my cycles were, no idea when to anticipate O, etc.
