i want to make sure that if i am having early miscarriages that i catch it this month, so what is the earliest i should start testing?

When is your AF due?
Early pregnancy tests says 4 days before AF... but I think it depends in each woman the level of hormines you are producing as to when it will be detected.
If you have access to inexpensive tests or have good cash flow then test often!
In most women the egg implants 7-10 days, but can be sooner or later for some women.
PG won't be detected until after the egg implants...

I wouldn't test before 10 dpo with an early test, and 12dpo for accuracy. Good Luck!!!!!

well my lp is only 11 days, so that is not very likely to catch it.

I've seen some bfp's at 8dpo but don't get bummed if you get a bfn, kwim. Good Luck sweetie!
