This is my first cycle charting so im not too sure about this.. Before I O'd my temps were 96 in that range.. now that I have o'd they are up to 97.7 - 97.8..going up each day.. is this about normal? I mean should my temps be higher? like 98's?? or is every woman different with their body temps..

My temps are like your, they start low and raise, but don't get into the 98's very often, maybe one or two times. As long as you have a clear thermal shift that is all that matters.

Slow rises are good. AFter O your temp should've risen about .3-.4 degrees and then you'll get rises and dips after that. Good luck! Do you have a link to your chart?
