Hey Girls:

I am a newbie here. I am TTC# 2 this is CY4 off of BCP. This is my first month charting. According to my chart , CM and OPK I ovulated on day 15 of my cycle. I am 9 dpo today and had a temp dip yesterday and my CM is lighly tinged when I check. Do you think this could be an implanation dip? my temp was back up today and tinged cm has not turned into anything else yet.

I was having some irregular bleeding the last couple of months so my doc had me come in for a blood test at CD21 to test my progesterone. She called me yesterday to tell me that it was a little on the low side I of course totally starting crying and just knew that this was why I was not getting prego. Anyway I am wondering. Can I still get prego if it is a little low, she seemed to think it was no big deal and that it would be ok if I got prego.

I am a testaholic and tested yesterday and today both were BFN's. I know it is early but thought I would try anyway. I hate the TWW it is so frustrating.

HI and welcome to the board!!!! Now as far as your question, books will tell you there is no such thing as an implantation dip. You get the dip because of the surge of estrogen (and possibly other hormones) in your body. You can probably find that on FF under questions.

Now others believe this theory, IF you have a dip then your next temp should be as high or high than any previous temp on your chart. You can take that for what it's worth.

As far as the pink tinged cm, it could be for many reasons, if you had sex the night before or morning of, implantation, or AF going to show. I'm not sure of the progesterone levels, but if it's not up to where it needs to be then yes you will have trouble implanting. I'll look some stuff up for you.
