Hi there!!! I am not loving my chart... it looks so weird!!!!
I have been having symptoms like nosebleed, cramping since O, heartburn, and increased cm this past week..

What do you think?



Oh and I'm adding I haven't seen IB yet.. and I've gotten bfn the last 3 days.
Edited: I forgot to add I had less sleep last night cuz I went to bed 3am... and I slept with mouth open this morning.. 96.3 was wayyyy too low!!!!

Are you sleeping with your mouth open? That could be causing the large jump in temps. Good luck!

Sarah, I usually sleep with mouth close... when I am REALLLLLY tired I have mouth open.. that explain the white circle.. i was sleep deprived cuz that times i was out half the night.

How long is my LP... I have no idea? I'm just a regular 28 day cycle girl!?

When I am out really late on the weekends, or don't get enough sleep--my temps are always affected greatly. That might explain the big dip. It seems too early for an AF dip if your cycle is 28 days.
