I wrote previously but no one answered.

My DH gets up for work at 5 am Friday through Monday....so it tends to throw me off a bit charting...

Saturday I took my temp at 5 am 97.50
then took it again at my normal wake up time....6:45 am 97.77

Sunday 5 am 97.24
then normal time 6:45 am 97.71

I dont' get it. Neither time did I get out of bed. I am not sure....

I put the 6:45 temps on my chart but do not know if I should do that. Please inform me of what you would do please.

I would actually start putting in the actual waking temp....the 5am one. What time does your husband get up every other day? Maybe on your next cycle, if you get that far, you can change your Wake up time to 5am....so that way there is no change in times. Just a suggestion.

He is off Tuesday through Thursday. so, only Friday through Monday he gets up early. I am thinking I will do that. But which one should I go with.

Whoa! That is a huge difference! Honestly i would stick to the 5am temps, simply because that is your waking temp. You can always make a note to yourself that it was taken earlier then normal.

Yes, definitely use the original waking temp.

That is quite a difference too! As you can see it's important to be consistent with the time and also to be consistent about taking it immediately after waking. For some women (you seem to be one of them) waking and then going back to sleep, or just dozing, causes the temps to be off. Others can wake up several times during the night and not see a difference.

Anyway, for you it will be important to pick one time and stick with it. Even if DH is off 3 days a week, set an alarm for 5 am, temp, and then go back to sleep on those days. That way it will be the same time every day no matter what.

Good chart BTW!

Ok thanks. so looking at my chart with the 5 AM numbers....does it look promising....I mean it dipped the lowest it ever has today. Hopefully meaning O is here or on its way. Still not positive OPK yet.
