Can someone check out my chart and make sense of it for me please? I'm worried about what is going on. I had a positive OPK test on CD11. FF isn't sure when I ovulated...in fact...if I take away the positive OPK, FF doesn't have enough info to determine if I O'd.

I'm wondering if my body geared up to O but didn't until CD19 or something. Since (I thought) I O'd early I was looking for AF early (considering my ~12 LP). What do you all think?

Yes it's possible your body geard up to O, but didn't. The other porblem with your chart is you have so many open circle temps which means they aren't accurate. I would also say you could've O'd on cd19, your temps the last two days definately look post O temps. So I think you've O'd now. Good Luck. Let's see the next few temps.

Thanks Dizzynurse. Those open circles mean that I've temped earlier than my normal time. I've been waking as early as 3:45 and around 4:30am lately. My normal time is 5:30am. Last Friday night I had to work the graveyard shift and had to temp at ~1:50am. Seriously turning into an insomniac otherwise.

But earlier temps should have been lower than my normal temp. Right?

Also, I have a 28 day cycle (been like clockwork lately). I expected my temp to be low in the 97s today in preparation for AF tomorrow.

If I did O'd on CD19 (that would make me about 9 DPO), then would my period normally arrive after the alotted LP days (in my case 12)? Or on CD 29 for a 28 day cycle?

I took a HPT this morning and Sat morning and they both were negative.

Have these questions been asked already? Does anyone know?

I agree that it looks like you may have O'd on CD 19.

I counted thenumber of open circles and it looks like you temop early more often than at your regular time. I am going to suggest setting you alarm for the ealrier time and making it your regular time. It will make you chart more accurate. For the next 6 weeks I will be getting up at 430 am 4 days a week, so I switched my 'normal' time to 430 and wake up on the weekends temp at 430 and go back to sleep. That way my chart isn't screwy.

As far as when to expect your period, the rule of thumb is that it will appear after your normla LP, even if you O'ed late. My longest cycle was after I Oed on CD 18, with a 12 day LP. Where as when I O on CD 12 I only have a 24 day cycle. But, if it turns out you didn't actually O, you period would most likely show up when it is scheduled, since the hormones will trigger for AF to start since your endometrium is used to shedding so many days between periods.

Thanks Ablepearl! That answers my question about when to expect AF.

Maybe I should change to temping at 4:30am. I'm waking up at this hour (or earlier anyway).

And assuming I O'd on CD19, AF should arrive on Saturday.

I gotta say that maybe you should adjust your temps just to see hun.
http://www.beamommy.com/welcome/ they have a temp corrector just to see if maybe FF can make more sense of your chart hun.
Also to me it looks like CD21 you ovulated.

I thought about using the temp corrector but am plain afraid. Yesterday I counted about 9 open circle temps taken earlier than my normal time. about 4 or 5 taken later (up to one hour though) and the remaining 4 or 5 were taken at my normal time but I had sleeping issues.

Any particlur temp you think I should correct? All early ones? FF temp corrector allows a second optional temp and time. How exactly does that work?

Miles - how did you come up with CD21? It was taken at 5:15...sleep issues btw. But isn't it suppose to increase by like .4?

Those low temps: CD18 I have a note that says I awoke at 3:30 but could not get back to sleep...I temped at 4:30. This could be a bad fluke of a temp. CD19 I awoke at 4:25am no notes.

CD14, CD17, and CD20 were taken around 6:15 to 6:25.

Today I awoke at 3:15 and temped at 98.33. I managed to go back to sleep and look up at the clock at 5:30 and temped at 98.55 (this is the one I charted). Should I have kept 3:15's temp? I figured 98.55 sounds just right for the time difference anyway.

Still awaiting AF...
