Please could you ladies check out my chart and give me your opinions as to if I O'D or not I am having sore breasts and some cramping but I dunno looking at my chart I am *hoping* that I did O but not 100% positive.

hmm, it is hard to say. i have sore boobs and cramping before o, but also in the luteal phase. have you been checking cm. last months post o temps were quite a bit higher, maybe you are preparing to o. so sorry it takes so long, i hate those cycles...

HI, well your temps stayed high for 3 days and that's a good sign... it's har d to confirm if you did O because you weren't charting your cm or cp...

It does look like it to me hun, as long as temps stay up.
