I got a new thermometer today and was hoping to start using it tomorrow morning. Is this okay? I wasn't sure if it would effect the accuracy of my chart by much or not?

If they are the same brand I wouldnt see why not. I did it myself because I couldnt find a battery for the one I had so I got the same thermometer and used the new one. Nothing changed for me and I was mid cycle. Now I keep an extra one just to be safe.
I think because you are at the end of your cycle it should be fine. If it was close to O time and a few tenths of a degree would make a difference I would say not to use the new one.
