If you have a definite temperature rise, does that mean you definitely O'd?

And how many days before your AF does your temp usually drop?

not dumb I have the same questions I am 13 dpo (sort of) and I am hoping to test on Saturday but I keep waiting for a temp dip...eeeek 2ww stinks!!!

Looking at your chart I would say you definetly O'd. As far as the temp drop before AF I think everyone is different. I've only been charting for a few months but mine usually drops close to the coverline the day before or the day of AF. I think your chart looks great. Good Luck!!
