I am just wondering how much higher the temps are to go after Oing. I am 4 DPO and again today a higher temp. Is this a good thing?? Or normal?? I am trying to stay open minded but am worried this cycle will not be it.

Hi
Your temps are doing exactly what they are supposed to do after the big O!! Keep your eye out now for a drop in temp between 7 and 10 dpo, that would be a good thing Some women dont ever see the dip though and still get the BFP But no worries your chart looks great!!!
good luck and baby dust,
sarah

That's what it's going to do. If this is your first cycle temping, you don't know what's normal for you. You should be able to see a pattern during your second month. My temp had a drastic drop 2 days before AF showed, but that may not be normal for you. If your temp is still up after 14 days, then you test or if you've charted before and you see a noted difference after 12DPO you can test then too (that's what I did)

Your LP is always the same, so your AF should be here in a couple wks from the time you ovulated.
I think your temps look good hun, if you look at mine they are doing the same thing.

Hi! I am not a regular in here as I got my BFP last November and now just mainly lurk in here to check up on everyone! I just wanted to show you what my chart looked like the month I got my BFP. My cycles are longer than most, but here it is anyway. As you can see, I had an implantation dip at 5dpo (for some it can be later than 5 dpo) and my temps stayed well above my cover line. That is what you want your temps to do, to stay up. HTH and gives you somewhat of an idea. All charts may look different though since we all have different bodies, but I just wanted to share mine with you!

If you know when you O'ed it's 14 days from there. Most women have a 14 day lutal phase, so I'd use that.
