oaky I'm not real good at this but let me try.
Go to FF and click on sharing, then homepage set up and it'll give you your url. Then on JM, under your controls click on edit signature. There's a button with the lil world, click on that and copy and paste your FF homepage url, then you can either type words like "click my chart" or copy and paste an img link.
Did that make sense? LEt me know if you need any more help.
