well, my level was .25 which she said is a little low but would not go with my symptoms, i am very puzzled now. they said not to do anything and they'd recheck it in three months because it is usually transient, i was really expecting a high number. hmmmmm.

Hard to say hun, I had several days of ewcm/watery cm myself. My temps are not too low this cycle through so I wouldnt worry too much about it. I dont think your temps are that low, my dr said it was normal to have temps 96.5 to 97.5 for pre O then after O 96.6 to 98.5 for after O. Yours are not much lower then that hun.

They are pretty low, so it is possible. It is not going to hurt you to wait until April to get it checked out. There are some supplements that you can take to support thyroid function. Unfortunately, I don't know what they are off hand. Maybe do a search and see what you find.

I am am sure my thyroid was out of wack for about 4-5 months before I got diagnosed. Well, actually I think they were out of whack for a few years, but only really bad for a few months.

Do you have any other symptoms of hypothyroid? How do you feel in general, without looking at the symptoms can you describe how you feel all the time?

Hi there, I happen to be hypothyroid. I know that I had symptoms for quite a while before I was diagnosed (mainly because I didn't realize that they were not just everyday run of the mill symptoms) It probably won't hurt you to wait until April to be tested. In the meantime you might check out Mary Shomon's website on hypothyroidism. She also has a good book out that talks about supplements etc.

Weight gain is a sign, I gained 40 pounds in 2 months when mine was really off. It was after the baby was born though, she was born in July and the gain started in Sept.

Is it difficult for you to lose weight? That can be an indicator if it is off, but not way out of whack.

If you have the $, it might be worth getting the test done now because if you do get pregnant it would be goo to know just in case.
