depends on you as an individual, but temps for me typically go down before AF arrives. That's how I kinda had that feeling I was pregnant and sure enough, an HPT confirmed it this morning.

Generally, Temps are supposed to drop when AF is coming. I'm no expert, but risring temps are a good sign of pregnancy!!!!!

oh nono I'm definitely not pregnant. My SO doesnt produce sperm. I'm charting to do an IUI with donor sperm in the next couple months.

So it should drop then? I should expect it to drop within the next few days?

I think so...but not always. It seems for most people it does drop, but that isn't actually a for sure sign...keep a tampon close by lol...also, if you O later than Usual then you will also get your AF later.

Sometimes my drops a few days before and sometimes it doesn't drop till that day or the next day after I get AF.
