If you haven't actually ovulated, could you still get PMS before you bleed? Because I haven't O'd yet, and I am feeling so tired and grumpy, and out of control today...exactly like I was going to get my period soon.

Any thoughts?

My guess would be yes you'd still be crampy and grumpy and any other symptoms of AF. I'm sorry you are feeling down. HOpe you are feeling better soon.
