last nite i got home around 3:30 am...and i took my temp around 8:15am...does that effect my body temp? so the temp i got might not be accurate?

What time do you normally temp? If you temped at your regular time and had 3 hours of sleep, it should be fine. If you temped later, than your waking temp would most likely be a little higher than your normal waking temp.

ya i woke up at my normal time around 8ish every morning.

It should be fine then. If you are worried, mark sleep deprived, which will give you an open circle. And then put a note in there as to why you were sleep deprived. That way if it looks like the chart is off later you can interpret it either way.
