Ive never heard of women doing this before and I find it interesting. I think its an awesome way of getting to know and understand your body. Anyone out there that can give me advise as to how to chart and what would I have to buy?

Glad to have you here!!!! First, I'd recommend reading the getting started sticky at the top of the page. That give you great information. The only thing you have to buy is a BBT (basal body thermometer), and you can pick it up for about 10 dollars at any local drug store. Once you've done that and you want to start taking your temp just register at one of the Charting web sites (Fertility friend, Ovusoft, Fertility Circle just to name a few) and get started.

A few beginning tips are: Take your temp at the same time each day, even if you have to set your alarm. If you are trying to conceive then bd 3 times a week if you can until you get to know your bodily cues. And finally ask as many questions as you have, we are here to try and get you pregnant!!!! No question is a crazy question!!!!!
