I know that I read you are suppose to have at least 3 hours of sleep before temping. My situation is that I have to get up with husband at 6AM then again with DD at 7:30. The 6AM is a rush around to get him out the door at 6:30. I was thinking of setting the clock like maybe 6AM. Is this ok to do, if I am going back to sleep. Will the temp be correct? Sorry never done this before...

What time do you normally temp hun? If you temp at 6am and you do it before you get up your fine. Now if you temp around 730 then no its not going to be accurate.

Hi! I don't get up until 5:45, but I am sucha light sleeper from like 4 on . . . so I set my alarm for 3:00 am to temp, and then just go back to sleep for a little bit of time. This works for me, otherwise, my temps are all over the place.
