Ok..so..if I take my temp as close to the same time everyday as possible and after 3 hrs of sleep, what time do I enter on FF? Do I leave the time fields blank or go ahead and enter the actual time even if it's not the same time everyday?

Enter the time you temp every morning. It's important to try and temp as close to the same time (within 30 minutes) as possible every day.

Enter the time that you took your temp...that way you can see the pattern in your temperatures. FF does have a temp adjuster but I dont reccomend that. I replied to your earlier post about getting up with your son (i have the same problem!!) and as long as you try to stay consistant you should be able to see a pattern in your temps!!

Are you using OPK's?? I am using them this month and I am finding it to be a BIG help!!!

Hope this helps

Also when you chart, mark your cm as accurate as possible. If you are dry mark dry, if you are wet mark Watery. That will help FF determine you O date. Oh and if you can use opk's I'd recommend that as well. Good Luck!
