Okay, I know that if you take a progesterone supplement you can get cramps. Can you get cramps and backaches from the progesterone that your own body is producing??? I'm trying to find answers as to why I get backaches at 3-4dpo? This happens every cycle and then 7-8 days later AF arrives.

I get lowback pain in cycles like that too. I agree that it is from the progesterone.
