Both last cycle and this cycle, my temps were above the coverline for the beginning and most of the cycle. Why is that? My temps used to be below the coverline when AF showed up, not rise higher above it.
The basal temperature dropping at menstration is a direct response to the significant drop in estrogen and progesterone at that time. Sometimes it simply takes a few days longer for your hormone levels to drop than you are used to. It's normal and nothing to worry about, because each cycle is unique.
