Do you feel more in tune with yourself now that you are charting?

I do, I can telll by a few temps when I've O'd. It did take a few cycles though before I realized what my temps/body were doing.

I think temping has made me understand things that are going on with my body!!! Like the cramping around O time, wouldn't have know that's exactly what the was since I didn't know if that was the day or not b4
