My DH turned on the fan full blast about a week ago...since it is almost 100 degrees here already. But the other night maybe 2 nights ago he turned the air on lower. I woke up cold and then temped and noticed my temps are slowly dropping. Is that cause of the cooler air in the room??? I sure hope my temps stay up.
It shouldn't make any difference. Your BBT is based on your metabolism, as a warm blooded animal, you will maintain your body temp in most normal situations. As long as you don't have hypothermia, like it is freezing, literally, and not just cold in your room.
