but first..

if AF comes mid day do I adjust my chart to say that today is CD1? af came at about 7pm. should i just do it tomorrow and have tomorrow be day one??.

also if i change it today that means my luteal phase was 13 this month and 14 last month. since i ovulated on cd 18 last month and cd 14 this month.. today is cd28.

I always start my chart when AF shows no matter what time. My LP ranges from 12-15 days depending on when I O.

BTW keep the annoying

questions coming! I love 'em!

Whatever day the real AF comes I mark as dya one, regardless of the time of day.

Same with me doesnt matter what time she shows, unless its after midnight. As for LP it usually changes 1-2 days each cycle.
