Okay...so new to charting. Had a D&C last Thursday (3/15) due to blighted ovum.

SO...I know I've asked a few questions...so bare with me. I'm starting to chart my temps because I don't plan on using BC between now and my first AF after the miscarriage, and would like to maybe have some idea when I or if I O before then. I never had a clue before, never had any O pain or anything like that, so I thought maybe temps might be something to help.

Now, I have heard that after a miscarraige your temps can be all over the place anyways, and mine have jumped over that .4 rise you're looking for..as it is...so...how will I even know what I'm looking for if it continues to be crazy like this until I get my first AF?

Hi hope I can be helpful. First off, Im sorry for your loss. Im new to charting this will be my firat month temping I will probably start tomorrow which will be cycle day 5.

I have always heard that you are very fertile right after a m/c and it is very easy to get pregnant at that time. I had a m/c in March 2003 and got pregnant again after my first period which came exactly 28 days after the m/c. I got pregnant around Mothers Day 2003 and have a beautiful 3-1/2 year old son asd a result along with his 4 and 1-1/2 year old brothers. Now Im trying to give them a baby sister.

Sorry for your loss hun. How long have you been temping, did you start the day you had your m.c? Also can you give me your chart link?
As for what your looking for, usually your have a dip in temps O day or before, and then your temps will be higher then the other temps before you Oed.

I am so sorry for your loss. As for your chart, if we could see your chart it would be helpful. If your temps shift and stay up I would say you have O'd. Post your chart and I'll take a peak at it.

Ok, I am totally new to this. I just started taking my temps last week, but I marked the first day of this cycle as the date of my D&C. I"ll post a link...it's actually stabilized since those first few days. I was looking at those temps like "How the heck am I supposed to tell anything?"
So, I really would just like to try to be aware of when or if I O before getting my first AF. I'll post a link....can you guys keep tabs on me and let me know if you see a warning??
I actually had another day of bleeding yesterday...and I still had a positive pregnancy test as of last Thursday. And I know that the HCG levels have to drop all the way back down before you will O, right? The bad thing is, we are going to Florida in a few weeks...you guys know how vacations are...I hope I don't actually O then...I just really want to wait till I have 1 AF before I would get pregnant to assure myself that it wasn't my fault getting preggo too fast if I did happen to have another m/c...yah know?
