I got my crosshairs this morning... and I dont think they are right.

I couldnt temp the morning of my + opk due to son being up and bad weather so I left it blank.. It is saying I am 4dpo but I dont think that I am..

what should I do or think of this??

Thanks,

Kara

One thing I just posted on the TTC board is that I just noticed I had a bunch of eggwhite/creamy cm.... i didn't think this was all that normal in the DPO phase.
I did just go read up on it and I guess I should mark it as creamy.

They are just doing that because no temp was entered on day 17. Your fertility Peak was day 18. Creamy mucus during the luteal phase is fine, as long as you feel substantially drier than you did on days 11-18.

Well that changes things. Have you been sick the last few days? Is the discharge you saw today seminal fluid?

If it truly is EWCM, then you haven't had your Peak day yet.

no haven't been sick at all.
I havent had intercourse since the last day I marked it..

Okay.. here is what it was like... lots of info. sorry.

It reminded me of EW because it stretched but as I stretched it, it would not stay together... then it had the mixed in lotiony stuff....
I know what EWCM looks like.. it wasn't that... it was more cloudy looking and was just mixed...
Now it's more just creamy stuff.

It was basically that glob... that was it.

sorry hard to explain it!

Ok then no, don't call it EWCM. Unfortunately FF doesn't have enough categories to accurately describe mucus, so call it whatever is closest - creamy I guess. Right after ovulation, the mucus plug starts forming to seal off the cervix. What you are observing if just fragments of the mucus plug.

The cervix is sealed with a mucus plug during the infertile parts of the cycle, nature's way of protecting the uterus from infection (especially important if a little bug is trying to implant, don't want any foreign bacteria in the uterus at that time for sure!)

Well I think you have O'd. I am not as good with the CM stuff because I just haven't had any since I started charting so I don't jump in on those ones as much.
