my temp was 96.1 Is that normal? what will it spike to when I ovulate? IM new to this so PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Where are you in your cycle? Your temp is perfectly normal. You will know when you O after you have 3 temp rises of .3-.4 degrees. For example, say you are on cd10 and cd11 your temp is 96.5 , cd12 your temp is 96.6 and cd13 your temp is 97 then you know you O'd. Also watch your cm, you will see a change from fertile (wet/slippery cm aka watery or egg white) to dry then you also know you've O'd. Good Luck, I hope you understood that.

It is a pretty low temp, which means it should be pre-O. Did you just finsih AF? If so it looks good. Can you link your chart? I love stalking them!
