I use my old cell phone as my alarm clock, and today it decided to switch over to the old daylight savings time, so I woke up at 5:25 instead of 6:25 and didn't realize it until I was out of the shower! (ouch! on a Monday morning too! lol).

Should I discard this temp and just try again tomorrow?

sorry, i don't have an answer but i was wondering the same thing. usually, my daughter doesn't wake up early so i was taking my temp at 8am, when she wakes up. well, the past few days, i've been woken up before 8. today, i was woken up at 6:45. i'm not sure how much that will throw off my temps. so, i'm curious for the answer, too.

I didn't even see that! That temp sounds a little more accurate. It changed it from 98.41 to 98.61

I personally would leave it if I were you. If it seems to throw of fyour chart then discard it. One temp shouldn't cause any problems with interpretation.
