What does it mean if your temperature drops down to just below the coverline at 4dpo? I don't know if the timing of when I took the temp this morning makes a difference. For the last 3 days I was taking my temperature at around 8:10am. This morning I took it at 7:40am.

I guess this dip is not a good sign? My coverline is about 97.8 ferenheiht. My temp this morning was at 97.7 ferenheiht, which then it shows it is below the coverline.

Normal to take a dip like this after O? Would this be an indication that I am NOT pregnant?? I'm so stressed out about my temperatures every morning. I'm not even sure if this charting thing is a reliable method of seeing a pregnancy, or if it's just to show ovulation.

A lot of people make a dip after O. I would definitely not count yourself out.

You cannot draw any concrete conclusions from one temp. It's the overall pattern that matters, so hang in there and see what happens! You can't assume you are or aren't pregnant just based on that one temp - what if it was a fluke because you were sleeping with your mouth open, or kicked the blankets off and woke up colder than usual?

Thanks ladies...

I just wasn't sure if it is normal to get such a dip like that past O. I feel a little better now knowing it is normal.
