I thought it looked bad..... because i had a little spike - which is where FF is saying I ovulated and now today I have a massive spike again......... I thought you had to have just one spike straight up then stay around the same temp......

from what i know ( and im just learning ) girls correct me if im wrong lol! but im pretty sure you have a dip when u O which u do, then your temps are suppose to keep going up and up. thats a good sign your preg if they dont drop when they do that usually when you start your af! i hope that helps!!

A lot of gals do have a dip before they O, but not everyone. I think it looks good so far. I'd want to see a couple more temps before I would totally commit to that being your O date, but it looks good to me so far.

after, o? oh no! it's supposed to rise a bit. when you o, it dips. the next day, it should jump .4 degrees. but it's still possible to o without it raising .4. after o, your temp should rise a bit because of an increase in hormones. if your temp keeps increasing, it's usually a good thing! it's not exactly an accurate way to tell if you're pg but if your temp stays up & above your coverline until af is supposed to show, it's a good sign. it is possible to be pg & your temp to go under the coverline, though. you can check out all the charts that people posted on this page. it's up by the top in the stickies. i've looked at them all so much!! you can check out my chart, too if you want. if you do, the temp rise today i think is caused by a cold i have. but if you get a temp jump like that & your temp doesn't go down & you aren't sick, it's a really good thing my temp has jumped a bit this month so far. i hope that helps!!

Well I had a small temp drop this morning, but FF is still saying that I have O'ed..... not sure wether to believe FF or not!!

In a way I hope I did O but at the same time I hope I didn't as we didn't really bd often before O!!!

I cant remember exactly but in the notes i put i took it 3 hours late and I was feeling sick....
