I got my positive OPK test on Thursday, took another on friday and it was negative, had cm on Wed-Thurs and small amt on Friday. According to that when do you think I o'ed?

Yeterday and today, Ive been crampy a bit constipated, some heartburn...anyone have these symptoms after ovulation?
