Is that true? Been reading up on it , and it says "implantation" does not actually show on a BBT chart.

I'm 7dpo today and my temp took quite a dip this morning. I'm not too concerned about this because I really don't believe that this chart is very accurate and was told that it is NOT a reliable source to go by to find out if you are pregnant or not.

I am too suposedly 7dpo and I also took a HUGE dip this morning..... but I am unsure how reliable the charting is....

YES, the implantation dip is a myth. Some women see one when they are pregnant, some women see one when they are not, some women never see it. Studies done on basal body temperature charting and hormonal activity show NO correlation between a "dip" and implantation. A modern "old wive's tale." A dip, by itself, is not conclusive of anything - though very fun to speculate about. Spotting 7-10 days after conception can be a reliable sign of implantation, but again - not everyone gets that.

I've seen a lot of charts get them and be pregnant and a lot get them and not be pregnant so I don't really weigh much into it.

I just checked out your chart again --- I hope you are still bding, because I think FF's O determination is questionable...what do you think? What was today's temp for you?

Hard to say, like Teresa said I have a seen a ton who were pg get them but a ton who were not pg get them.
