How long do I have to be asleep for before temping? I wake up a lot before my alarm goes off each day and I'm wondering if that's going to make a difference. Thanks for all the help!!

YOu should get 3 hours of sleep to get an accurate temp. IF you wake up earlier most nights then you may want to change your alarm time next cycle (if there is a next cycle!)
I have always read 4, but I haven't really noticed a substantial change from waking up at night as long as I go right back to sleep and am not getting up and about.
