For the first 14 days of my cycle, I was getting up at 6:30am and taking my temp. I am now getting up at 4:30am and will be for the remainder of my cycle. The last 2 days, I have added a .1 for every 30 minutes, but do I continue to do this until the end of my cycle or after I have gotten up at 4:30 for a couple of days, do I just use the temp I get at that time?

Thanks

Why are you temping 2 hours early? You should ALWAYS try to do it at the same time every day throughout the cycle, because correcting it doesnt mean its always right.

Did you O before you changed your time? Do you have a link to your chart? Let me say it is not recommended that you change your time cause your chart is not going to be accurate. With that said, if you have not O'd and you O later in your cycle, you can still see a biphasic chart, in fact you could discard the beginning temps (the 630 temps) if and only if you haven't O'd yet. Then those temps won't confuse FF. Also, I'd recommend using opk's since your temps aren't going to be accurate.

Hope that helps!
