My sister kept telling me to do it every other day and NOT everyday because he needs time to build up the sperm again. But then I read today that for a normal, healthy couple, doing it everyday is fine and just increases your chances. Only if the guy has something potentially wrong (fertility-wise) should the couple not do it everyday. One day you hear one thing and the next you hear the completely opposite...it's hard to keep up!

I've heard it both ways, but I think if there are no fertility problems with the male then bding as often as you want is fine.

My DH is tired!!! So, I guess you "can" BD too much in his mind. LOL

I guess 5 days in a row is our limit. We BD'd more last cycle
