So I woke up this morning and my temp jumped almost a full degree. I'm not sure that I O'd though. I was up most of the night with a stomach ache, heartburn and I was gassy. I got 3-1/2 hours of sleep and woke up feeling kind of warm. Could that temp be an indicator of an illness?? I hope it wasn't O, because not only did we not bd, but also I have very little cm and can't determine if any of it's EWCM. I'm kind of disappointed because I'm taking EPO and don't seem to have any extra EWCM, in fact it seems as if I don't have as much as normal (for the 2nd month in a row). UGH, what is wrong with me

Wow that is a huge jump. Maybe you are getting sick. If you haven't gotten enough sleep and you click on the sleep deprived button it keeps the temp in but it shows it as hollow so you know. I believe not getting a normal amount of sleep can affect your temps so I am curious to see what the experts say.

Jessica, I would blame it on being up all night.. when are you suppose to O?

I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

I'm supposed to O in 2 days, so it wouldn't be a total shock if I O'd early. I don't know though, something doesn't seem right. My temps have been very wacky this cycle. They started high and then dropped very low and then shot back up again....I haven't felt 100 percent well in over a week, maybe that has something to do with it. I have no idea...

I am going to check the sleep deprived button for today! Thanks for the input!

Right now I would blame it on being up and not feeling well. If temps do stay up the next couple days most likely you did O hun.
As for the EPO, how much are you taking? Are you just taking that and nothing else? I noticed when I took EPO and the mucinex or Robi then I had a TON of fertile cm.
