Starting at about 4:30 or so every morning I begin to get out of my deep night sleep and start to toss and turn. I am sure this affects my temps. Should I set an alarm for like 3:30 to temp then before my tossing and turning starts.

I have noticed that I can take my temp in the evening or when I wake up to pee at night and my temp will be really low (Like 72-75). When I temp in at 6:15 when I get up every morning before moving I am at 97.7-98.0 or so.

Just wanted to see if anyone had any advice on how I should temp. Thanks

I'm not sure what the right answer is, but I will also wake up a few times, usually beginning at 5:30 or so. My alarm is set for 7:00, at which point I temp. This seems to be pretty good for me (check out my chart -- I'm pre-O right now), so maybe consistency is the key? Unless you *always* begin waking up at a certain time?

I think as long as your sleeping even if its not a deep sleep you should temp at the time you usually do. Now if you wake up and stay awake your have to change your time.
