Can you tell by your temps that you have low progesterone level?

I was told yes if you have low temps after O but then again who to say its right!

I believe if you have a shorter LP than 11 days then you could have low progesterone. The best way to check though is through blood work. But you also have to take into consideration that your chart is correct with a correct O day.

I think the only way to really know for sure is to have it checked. I would talk to your doctor about it.
