My LP was only 10 days. Is that bad? This is my first normal cycle since my m/c so I don't know if this is the norm for me yet or not. I will have to wait and see but I just wanted to know what problems arise from having a short LP.

IT's not fantastic, but I'm also wondering ifyou O'd on cd25 which would've been 2 days earlier which would have extended your LP. I'd use opk's to help monitor your O day.

YEs that is a short LP and it won't be likely that you get preggo with an LP like that. You can take vitex and or vitamin B6 to help lengthen your LP here is a link about the Vitamin B6 which btw you can get at walmart for like 5 dollars.

Since its the first cycle after your m.c I would wait too see if a 10 day LP is normal for you, it may get longer later one. Your body is just getting over something so its trying to get back to normal but most likely isnt yet. If you have another short LP the next few cycles i would take to your dr or try something to make it longer.

My LP was only 12 days on the first cycle after my m/c and my LP is usually more around 14 days. It probably has something to do with the m/c. I would wait and see how next month turns out.

GL hun!!

I agree with Cheryl. I think you O'd on cd25 which would make your LP 12 days which is perfectly normal.

Thanks for the help ladies! I am going to wait and see what the next cycle brings. My a/f is totally not normal. I am gushing all over the place here (sorry tmi) so I don't think I am back to my old self yet. Thanks for the info on how to lengthen it though, I have noted it in case this is a problem.

My first AF after my first post-m/c cycle was very heavy as well. Isn't it weird how our bodies work - it's almost like they know our bodies aren't ready for a baby so they send the in!

Heavy is a huge understatement. I was lucky that I bought a pack of pads on my way to work otherwise I would have had to go home. BTW - You chart looks good - good luck!
