this is a new one for you. Im 32 years old and have had 4 pregnancies back 2 back 2 back 2 back from March 2002-June 2005 (all got pregnant before I hit 30) Now Im closing in on 33 and have been ttc for 4 months, activelty for 2 (this will be 3rd month active) and I seem to be doing something wrong. I really thought last month was going to be it for me as I got the postive opk and bd every other day but it didnt happen. Now Im convinced that since im over 30 that is the cause and I need ocnvincing that it isnt. I havent seen a doc about it because I havent been trying to long to be considered infertile and my cycles are pretty regular (they were 33 days for a few months but this month they shortened to 31) So today Im on CD 7 (Thursday) and last month I o'ed around cd 17-18 so I still have a few days to go before O.

Is there anything I can take like vitamins etc that may make my body more ' friendly (does that make sense) Ive heard of robitussin but I would nt know when or how much to take. Ive been going back & forth aboout charting and I think I may do that. If I do, would Sat (day 9) be too late to start as I prob wont get the thermometer til Tomorrow.

Thanks for reading my novel and offering your advice.

Lolly

I hope age doesn't have anything to do with it! lol I'm 33 and will be 34 in Dec! lol The robitussin is suppose to help produce more fertile cm, I drink green tea and sometimes I have more cm, but sometimes not. CD9 if fine to start charting if you don't O till cd17, I usually start right before I know I'm going to O and I use OPK's and temp just to make sure I've O'd. It just helps comfirm O. My doctor asked me if I've used opk's and temped to be sure I was Oing and he wouldn't see me till after 1 yr of ttc. Best you can do is bd, bd, bd! lol Good Luck!!!!!
