I'm still here, in and out. Just starting my fifth cycle after m/c, only ovulated on the first one, so the last three I haven't O'd at all. Just finished up a week ago with the second round of Prometrium (that stuff is AWFUL for side effects in me), hopefully I won't have to go on them this cycle! Yesterday I had a bunch of blood drawn for more fertility testing, so hopefully we'll have answers by this time next week and get some help

GTKYQ:
1. What board do you post on most? Probably TTC after loss

2. How long have you been ttc? We're hitting a year on May 1 with a miscarriage in Sept.

3. What boards do you lurk on? I still pop in on my MayDDC friends to see how they're doing and to see the new babies, and also starting to visit the PCOS board since my doctor thinks I have it.

4. Do you want a boy or girl? At this point, I just want a healthy bean!

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins? YES! I'm actually secretly hoping for twins

6. Is dh as involved in ttc as you, or is he just ready to give his deposit when you say so! lol Oh yes, he's VERY much involved, and wants this as much as I do...although the thought of twins freaks him out a bit LOL

7. Any other tid bits you'd like to tell us. Some hidden secret youv'e been keeping to yourself? Nope, not really. If you want to know something, just ask. I promise I won't bite hard!

HI, I'm Cheryl, co-mod. I'm mom to DS and DSD and just wishing for one more.

1. What board do you post on most? Now this one

2. How long have you been ttc? over a year, but I'm on cycle 17 cause I have short cycles.

3. What boards do you lurk on? hmmmm, ttc with med, ttc 6months, ttc older moms, all ddc's, christian parenting. That's a good list! lol

4. Do you want a boy or girl? Girl, but at this point I just want to be pg

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins? UM YEAH! lol I keep telling dh we are going to have quads! lol

6. Is dh as involved in ttc as you, or is he just ready to give his deposit when you say so! lol Ummmm, he knows that I'm watching ovulation and he mentions stuff about it but he's not like asking "when are you ovulating" and stuff like that.

2. How long have you been ttc? I haven't used protection since my daughter was born, but I just got my cycle back last month.

3. What boards do you lurk on? Military mommies, here, TTC while Breastfeeding

4. Do you want a boy or girl? Couldn't care

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins? Eventually, yes

2. How long have you been ttc? 2 cycles(starting April 1st)

3. What boards do you lurk on? I have gone in to the Jan 08 DDC a few times.. I also go into TTC first but don't post too much there.

4. Do you want a boy or girl? Either

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins? Ummm YES! I have secretly been hoping for twins.

6. Is dh as involved in ttc as you, or is he just ready to give his deposit when you say so! lol Pretty much just in to the BDing LOL He listens to me and says UH HUH.. UH HUH when I am taking about it all but I think it is in one ear out the other. I told him he should probably start taking the Royal Jelly with me but he says it is FOUL! He does not like to take any type of vit.. that is probably why is is always sick and I an not. LOL

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins? You know, I probably wouldn't mind it - I have a girlfriend who has twin boys and it's tough but whatever's meant to be will be and I know she wouldn't change it for anything!

Well ladies my name is Holli and I will be 32 tomorrow, same day the witch is due (the 28th).... hmmmm. As for the questions, here we go:

1. What board do you post on most?
I would say this one... I get more replies and help when I need it

2. How long have you been ttc?
I would say about a month and a half, I don't have any fertility problems, but I have two kids of my own, and have become engaged to my new wonderful boyfriend, and we decided we are ready for one of his own

3. What boards do you lurk on?
Am I pg, trying to conceive and this one
4. Do you want a boy or girl?
well I want a boy because that way, my soon to be husband can carry on his name, but I would also looooove a little girl

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins?
ummm well that kinda scares me but only for financial reasons. We already will be tight with another one on the way, so twins... but if money was no object, then yes yes yes yes yes!!!!!!!!!

oh yes, he is... we both have high sex drives, so it's never a chore for him nor me

I just hope to get a lot of support here, and meet friends. And also look forward to staying a member and moving from board to board as I hopefully graduate. I think this is a neat site.

4. Do you want a boy or girl? girl, but it so does not matter

5. Would you absolutely looooooooooove to have twins? no, but if thats what i get i would

6. Is dh as involved in ttc as you, or is he just ready to give his deposit when you say so? he is so involved technically he was the one that wanted me to start charting, after he went through one of my school books

7. Any other tid bits you'd like to tell us. Some hidden secret youv'e been keeping to yourself? not a secret, but i am in the process of nursing school, going to be an LPN, and i graduate in december so this is the month i really really would love to see that BFP

My DH is a fanatical hockey nut... err... I mean Canadian too!!

(I'm American and we live in the US... taxes would eat us up in CA!) I think the understated, "listening yet not really listening thing" must be a Canadian thing..lol!! My DH does the same thing too... I just keep trying to blame it on the fact that hockey playoffs are now on!!

I've threatened to email him my chart on a daily basis!! ROFL!!

either would be fine by me... a girl would be nice.... boy would be fine... either really

just because we're getting sooo old, maybe twins would be ok... all in one shot; on the other hand... wow.. lots of work.. plus more pregnancy risks and prematurity risks, etc.

He's a turkey. He wants a baby, but since we had a really early loss last month he seems more reserved "If it happens it happens". I think he 'sorta' gets my fertility charting, but not really, and would really prefer I didn't teach him every detail! I also get a lot of "uh huh, uh huh" as if he's listening..grr! Also, we're in the TWW now, and I said something yesterday about having sore breasts and how it could be PG or just my cycle and his response was 'I really don't wanna know until you are absolutely sure'. I think I gave him twice daily updates last month!!

ROFL!! I told him I couldn't agree to tell him nothing, but that I would try to limit it a bit compared to last month!!

After having smoked cigarettes for 17 years I quit cold turkey just two months ago!! Now I need a 12 step program for chocolate addicts

Seriously, in spite of some weight gain, I feel sooooo much better for having quit!! The first several days were hard, but it's gotten better and better every day since. For anyone else out there who might struggle with smoking and feel afraid to quit like I did... I just want to say that it really is possible to quit and that it really really does get easier over time! (And this is coming from a pack a day smoker who had to have one the second I got out of bed and who would drive through a blizzard to get smokes rather than to be snowbound at home without a pack!)

4. Do you want a boy or girl? girl girl girl girl girl.. i'll take a boy if I have to but i really just want another girl. I'd rather not have any boys at all to be honest.

LOL I know exactly what you are talking about hockey playoffs LOL The day I was Ovulation last cycle was the 11th.. the day vancouver went into 4x overtime.. It was horrible waiting and waiting to be able to BD so finally we did a quicky in intersession LOL

6. Is dh as involved in ttc as you, or is he just ready to give his deposit when you say so! ha, well he wants one more baby but he's not thrilled about the timed sex! He hates to have it be a JOB.

7. Any other tid bits you'd like to tell us. Some hidden secret youv'e been keeping to yourself? Just got my first tattoo yesterday.. that is why even though we only bd'd twice this cycle.. I figure I'll be pregnant so that I'll have to worry about it for 9 months... I have bad luck.
