I keep seeing people post that their chart is Triphasic and then they end up pregnant & someone said that on most the pregnancy charts they turned Triphasic.. What does this mean? How do you tell if yours turns Triphasic?

Thanks!

A triphasic chart shows three levels of temperatures: pre-ovulation, post-ovulation, and then a second rise around 7-10 days after ovulation.

Just remember that not all triphasic charts are pg charts. But it does mean you got great progesterone!

Thank you.
Do you think you can show me an example of one?

Does FF tell you that your chart is?

I was told that my current chart looks triphasic if you want to take a look at it. Also, if you google "triphasic chart" I found an example of FF.
