i'm sorry, i have no ideas for you but i just wanted to stop in & say hi i do see that your temps are more are closer together. they're not so much all over the place. i don't know if that's what you mean...? good luck, sweetie!!!
When did you start taking the meds? It does look like your temps have evened out a bit which should help you notice your temp shift better. It looks to me like your body originally TRIED to O around CD36, but it just didn't happen. I know how you feel with long cycles and not ovulating! I totally relate.
I agree I see that they are lower and more stable so I was curious if you started the meds around the time they evened out. If so it could be the vitex in the stuff, I am on straight vitex which is making my temps more stable and even out. They are even make them lower.
