Hey Ladies....

Ok so to sum up my history, I have PCOS, which causes me to have LONG Irregular cycles...

So I invested in some fertilaid supplements, I can see a change in my temps what do you all think??

Can you see the difference??

When did you start taking the meds? It does look like your temps have evened out a bit which should help you notice your temp shift better. It looks to me like your body originally TRIED to O around CD36, but it just didn't happen. I know how you feel with long cycles and not ovulating! I totally relate.

I agree I see that they are lower and more stable so I was curious if you started the meds around the time they evened out. If so it could be the vitex in the stuff, I am on straight vitex which is making my temps more stable and even out. They are even make them lower.
