Hi ladies, this is my first chart and I'm obviously very new to it. And I don't completely understand it all. But I have noticed that my temps have gone up, drop a few below and then spike up again. Does anyone know maybe what the deal is??? Yesterday when I put my temp in FF put up a message saying that my chart said I had O'ed on CD9 but by my temps I actually O'ed on CD16. I know that everyone is different, but I still think it looks weird. Does anyone maybe know what's going on or where I could go to maybe understand it? Thank a whole bunch!

It looks good to me. Just try to stick to things as close to the same as you can, or are the open circles because of being sleep deprived?

I think it's because I've been sleep deprived, DH wakes me up every morning at 6:30 to take my temp.

With so many open circles FF might not give you solid CH. You also don't seem to have any definitive fertile CM, no EW or W. It may not mean anything, or it could be a sign you are not ovulating. With open circles it is hard to be 100% sure that the temps are correct. Do you wake up at night? get up to use the bathroom etc? If you do, but you have 3 solid hours of sleep before you temp, don't mark sleep deprived. If you only slept 1-2 hours before temping then mark it.

Oh, okay. See I figured if I was really tired in the morning it meant I was sleep deprived. I'll change those. Should I change those to fatigue??

It looks right to me. The reason they are not solid is because you have sticky cm on the day you O and not fertile cm.

Yes, if you are tired when you wake up it is fatigue, sleep deprived is if you stay up to like 2-3am, and usually go to bed at 10 or you wake up 5 times at night, well not literally 5 times, but frequent waking.
