This is my first month charting and I have a question. Ocassionally I wake up between 4:30 and 5:30 in the morning and have to go to the bathroom, should I take my temp then before I get up to go or can I take it at 7:00 when my alarm goes off like I do every other morning. Will it affect my temp by getting up and going to the bathroom and then climbing back in bed and falling back to sleep for a couple hours???

Any advice you can give would be much appreciated [/b]
Yes it will. I always set my alarm for 5:30am and take it. I don't get up until about 6:15, but it will always be consitant.
If you get up early but can still get at least 3 hours of sleep then you shouldnt temp before getting up, but if you know you wont get 3 hours of sleep again then temp. This is if you temp at say 7 like you said and get up at 530 to pee, you should temp since you wont get 3 hours of sleep between 530 and 7 when you usually temp.
Thanks girls, that is what I thought but I am not used to temping yet and just jumped out of bed this morning and then realized halfway to the bathroom that I shouldn't have gotten up without temping
