Why do some ppl's temps jump around and some ppl's stay pretty even? Does anyone know?

Hormones also how they are temping. If they are stable usually it has to do with your hormones being stable. But if you temp oral you can get a lot of different reasons for your temp to be all over, like sleeping with your mouth open. If you temp vaginal usually they are more stable.

Alot of it has to do with Hormones. If you temp at the same time each morning then your temps should be accurate, so I'd say it's hormones. Progesterone is the hormone being released after you O, and that's what causes your temp rise and then the decline right before AF.
