I'm not sure if I'm supposed to temp during af or when af leaves.....

Its really up to you, if you temp vaginal a lot dont temp. If you do oral its up to you. I usually do since I temp oral, but I wouldnt if I temped vaginal.

I like to temp during a/f only because I don't want to break the routine. I am afraid if I take a little "vacation" that I will have trouble getting back into the routine and miss some temps.

I temp during AF because I don't want to get out of the routine either.

I usually temp during AF as well, but I know some people don't.
