Okay I need a little help. I am experiencing my first AF and cycle since I had a m/c about a month ago. Back on april 21st I had a big gush of blood and then just some spotting until the next Thursday when I had a heavier flow for a few days and then some spotting following that. Which do I count as cycle day 1 the first gush or the time I started flow? My chart is attached below. Thanks for your help!

CD1 is when you have a flow and its red so I think you did it right hun!
