I've heard that you may notice a dip the day of ovulation, but how far is the dip supposed to be? Thanks!

Well, I've only had a few cycles off of bcp so my cycles are still a little messed up, though they weren't real regular before so I don't know what is "normal" for me when it comes to mid-cycle spotting.

Hard to say everyone is different but your deff be able to tell a big difference from the day before the temp drop.
