What was your average temp before O...and your average temp after O?

I just read that on average before O, temps range from 97.0 to 97.5 ferenheit
And after O, temps range from 97.6 to 98.9

What have your temps been like after O? Mine has been up and down from 98.8 to 98.9. Is this a good average high temp?

This is just my first month to chart. My temps after O have ranged from 97.7-98.4.

This month which I think the vitex has to do with it 96.4 to 97.0 and after O 97.1 to 98.0

My before O temps are under 97.8 (with my O temp around 97.6) and after will be above 97.8 with my high temp at around 98.4

Your temps at 98.8 are great!

This my first ovulatory cycle so I am going to have to wait to tell you mine.

I haven't ovulated in several cycles, so I don't really know. I'll have to work on ovulating to let you know!

Mine is around 97.7-97.0 before O and after O is around 97.4-98.2. This cycle has had higher themps than last cycle so I imagine these numbers will change.
98.8-98.9 is great.

My pre-O temps are in the mid to high 97s (97.5-98) and my post-O temps are somewhere between 98.2-98.9. Gosh after reading your posts, my temps seem awfully high!

My temps have ranged a little higher as well. And I always thought that with hypothyroid, you tended to have lower waking temps.
My pre-O have been 97.2-97.8 and post-O have been 98.2-98.7 so far. I think it's just different for everyone.

Pre-O I'm around 97.7, post-O I'm around 98.6
